Philippines-based analytics firm Data Analytics Ventures (DAVI) has partnered with Antsomi to tap on its customer data platform (CDP) to empower the company for providing data-related products and solutions to the market. DAVI is part of JG Summit Holdings, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the firm grows the conglomerate's loyalty programmes and data operations.

JG Summit has businesses that span retail, airline, consumer goods, and manufacturing, among others, and serves a diverse market in the Philippines, Southeast Asia and Australia. Meanwhile, Antsomi was co-founded by Serm Teck Choon (pictured left) and Dinh Le Dat last June. The company is headquartered in Singapore and has offices in Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, with close to 20 employees in the region.

Carla Yap-Sy (pictured right), DAVI's head of data, strategy, and growth marketing, said the partnership will enable the firm to act on the insights and implement seamless and personalised customer journeys, integrate its platforms, and deliver iterative, performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels.

Serm added that DAVI is tasked to be the change agent for JG Summit and it was born with the DNA of data. "We are excited to work with them to unlock the opportunity of data-driven campaigns," he added.

The Antsomi CDP uses its AI engines to unify all existing customer data from multiple data sources - such as mobile, web, social media, CRM, DMP, POS, and offline channels - to form individual customer profiles, which are then activated across multiple channels that are highly personalised to the customer lifecycle stages. Such activations include mobile, website, email, conversations, digital ads, in-store, product recommendations and one-to-one engagement. Serm previously told A+M that it plans to expand into the Philippines and Thailand and eyes clients from the retail, eCommerce, and media scene.
