R/GA has appointed Calvin Soh as acting executive creative director in Singapore, Marketing understands. Soh is the founder of consultancy Ninety Nine Percent and was previously vice chairman, chief creative officer Asia at Publicis for five years.
Prior to that, he was the president and executive creative director at Fallon Asia for four years. R/GA declined to comment further.

Meanwhile, the agency has also launched its consulting services in Asia Pacific, offering advanced analytic and strategic capabilities to allow clients to transform their businesses and capture growth opportunities. The agency has appointed Jehan Leanage (pictured) to the role of executive director for consulting, Asia Pacific.
Based in Singapore, he will report to Jim Moffatt, EVP managing director, Asia Pacific and Saneel Radia, SVP global head of consulting.
Leanage is responsible for driving business transformation services throughout the region, leading the development of client solutions across verticals including retail, consumer goods and financial services. He has over a decade of international experience in business transformation, design and technology, bringing to R/GA a deep understanding of strategy and innovation to help clients respond to disruptions by rethinking and remaking their businesses.
Prior to his latest appointment, Leanage was VP business development and partnerships at cloud software provider Eutech Cybernetic for more than two years. During his tenure, he drove growth in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, establishing co-innovation and go-to-market partnerships for leading technology companies including Intel, SAP and Microsoft.
He also worked at Deloitte London, advising and defining business strategies for large-scale transformation projects in a range of industries including CPG, retail, and healthcare.

Leanage and team will take our strategic capabilities in the region to the next level, marrying creative consultancy with our design-driven agency business,” Moffatt said.
The consulting practice is designed to help the C-suite innovate and spans a spectrum from organizational design and managed services to connected space, leveraging the company’s global network. R/GA is building the integrated offering across its Singapore, Sydney, Shanghai and Tokyo offices to service a rapidly growing client roster in the region.
