Burberry gets more social with WeChat

Just six months in to a collaboration with WeChat, Burberry has extended the partnership to enhance its social and mobile presence in China.The expanded digital deal will allow Burberry followers on WeChat to watch its London Fashion Week show and hear WeChat-only audio content about the inspiration and details of key runway events.Followers can also instantly personalise a digital version of the Runway Made to order plaques with their name in either English or Chinese characters. By testing Burberry, followers can also receive exclusive, text messages, audio and even imagery from VIP show guests such as actress Angelababy.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWunAgO97TIThe new partnership will see a series of creative collaborations and platform firsts throughout 2014.
