Brand Hong Kong opens tender for global and mainland digital agencies

Hong Kong is seeking digital media agencies to support the international and mainland China promotion of Brand Hong Kong, with contracts set to run for 12 months from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027.
Under the tender, one agency will be appointed to manage digital media planning, buying and campaign coordination across mainland China, while a separate agency will handle international markets.
According to the official tender documents, submissions close at noon on 2 June 2026.
The move follows a similar appointment cycle in 2025, when the Hong Kong government allocated around HK$16 million to digital agencies Migather and Tango Digital to support Brand Hong Kong activity across mainland China and global markets.
Tango Digital was tasked with leading international promotion efforts, while Migather focused on mainland China, with both contracts running from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.
