BHC (Better & Happier Choice) Chicken Singapore has appointed social media agency Actstitude as its social media retainer agency in efforts to bolster its social media presence in the market.

Actstitude will be in charge of content development, social media strategies and digital campaigns that are focused on increasing engagement and reach to BHC’s customers. It will also come up with strategies to build awareness on the brand’s chickens, Korean street dishes and other offerings.

This comes shortly after the brand opened its first outlet in Singapore this year.

“We are excited to be a part of BHC’s grand introduction into Singapore and hope to elevate the brand to greater heights,” said Fung Wai Cheen, the account director of Actstitude.

“Moving forward with this new partnership, we intend to strengthen BHC’s social media presence with the use of creative and cutting-edge ideas,” Fung added.

Established in 2016, Actstitude is a social media agency that specializes in developing social strategies for social media and community management. Just over 2 years ago, Actstitude revealed that it had bought a 55% stake in photo and video production agency Brand Artistry to fulfill its need for real-time content marketing.

In a statement to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, co-founder and group managing director Alvin Kok said there was a need to expand its services as its clientele in Singapore mainly focuses on FMCG and mall digital or social media marketing.

Since then, Actstitude has garnered experience through working with clients from different sectors, and helped to construct social media platforms for FMCG, F&B and malls across Malaysia and Singapore.
