PR and communications agency LaunchLink Communications has officially set up shop in Singapore, marking the latest step in its Asia Pacific (APAC) expansion.
The Singapore office will act as a regional hub for both local and international clients, offering on-the-ground support and broadening access to the agency’s specialised services.
The agency will offer regional clients a suite of services including strategic communications, executive positioning, media training, market entry support, product launches and cross-border campaigns.
It will also offer issues management, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, content development, thought leadership, activations, creative campaigns, events and advisory services.

The move brings LaunchLink closer to regional media, investors and ecosystem partners, and opens doors for cross-border collaboration.
Following the expansion, Fazirah Sa’im has been appointed senior advisor for Singapore. Fazirah joins the agency with more than a decade of experience leading integrated communications programmes at global agencies including Edelman and Golin. In her new role, Sa’im will lead market strategy, client growth and partnerships.
LaunchLink has built a reputation for delivering commercially grounded campaigns across high-growth and regulated sectors, supporting capital raises, acquisitions, policy engagement, brand repositioning and international expansion. In the past year, the agency achieved more than 10,000 earned media placements globally.
The Singapore launch follows a period of growth that included a new Melbourne office and strategic hires across multiple markets. The expansion also strengthens LaunchLink’s international capabilities in fintech, SaaS, crypto, AI and consumer tech.
“Singapore has been on our radar for a long time. As the volume of work and media engagement in the region kept growing, it became clear we needed to be here in a more deliberate way," said Felicia Coco, founder and managing director at LaunchLink.
She added, “As the country celebrates its SG60 milestone, its role in global tech and capital markets is only accelerating. It’s become a non-negotiable market for the firm and our clients. Our clients are scaling across borders, entering new markets and operating in highly-regulated, emerging sectors. Constantly navigating high-stakes moments is stressful, and having a consistent, trusted partner across regions is a point of relief."
Coco described the expansion as a move to bring LaunchLink closer to clients and regional opportunities, extend the agency’s signature creative strategy and industry access, and signal the next phase of its growth.
Singapore has welcomed a wave of agency openings this year. In January, European communications agency PIABO Communications launched its new Asia Pacific hub in Singapore, marking its first foray into the region. The office adds to its existing footprint in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Singapore hub is designed to strengthen PIABO’s position as a global partner for international tech companies, their investors and partners. The move comes in response to rising demand for communications counsel in APAC, as well as from local firms seeking representation in Europe. It will also serve as a gateway for companies expanding into fast-growing markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.
LaunchLink’s move follows other notable expansions in the region too,
Most recently, HAVAS launched a joint venture in Singapore between HAVAS Red and H/Advisors, combining strategic corporate communications with PR, social, experiential, and content capabilities across Southeast Asia.
The partnership strengthens both networks’ regional footprint under HAVAS N.V., focusing on integrated storytelling, corporate reputation, and high-impact campaigns tailored to local and regional markets.
