I recall joining my first meeting at Archetype and was amazed by how the team mapped out the marketing journey for clients and helped them elevate the brand instead of merely executing what they’ve been told to do.” Tam was previously an account director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she led the strategic direction and content strategy on several accounts, including a host of Chinese companies, global financial institutions, and tech giants. Her role included managing communications plans and global integrated campaigns, helping clients expand their footprints to Greater China or the Western market. Notably, Tam led the global communications team at Alcatel Mobile, with key responsibilities in developing global communications strategy and content for brand awareness and flagship product launches.“Our agency approach touches on both strategy and creativity,” said Rosemary Merz, managing director, Archetype Hong Kong. “Fran has arrived at an exciting time for us in our journey of growth as we seek to build on our objective of working with industry leaders to build the world’s most magnetic brands, through strategy, creative, communications, and digital.”
