Agoda launches ads on desktop and mobile sites

Agoda has launched advertising on its desktop and mobile website, offering banner ads and customised campaigns on its platform.

After rolling out its new business in March 2020, brands and agencies will be able to advertise on both Agoda’s desktop and mobile platforms, while the travel website's tracking metrics will enable ad buyers to target specific customer profiles and markets, providing efficiencies in media spend.

Aiming to target travel insurance companies, credit card or payment providers, data and telecom providers, restaurants, and experiential services in key markets, this latest addition can direct customers to a dedicated brand landing page within the Agoda website or to the brands’ website, tapping into the platform strong presence in Asia.

“We invest heavily in technology to optimise marketing, identifying customers likely to book based on their past behaviour on the Agoda website and mobile application. Media buyers can benefit from these insights and highly target their ad spend to efficiently reach the right profile customers via Agoda’s platform,” said Ittai Chorev, CMO of Agoda.
