Following its launch of the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) in Shanghai in June, Accenture has opened a new studio space for Accenture Interactive in Hong Kong to offer end-to-end digital customer experience services for its clients.
The 40,000-square-foot, two-floor space in Quarry Bay, provides work space, collaboration tools, as well as technologies back-end from Accenture Interactive, Fjord and PacificLink for prototyping. Brian Whipple, global head of Accenture Interactive, said the new studio differs from DCoE and focuses more on the terminal side of digital solutions, like marketing campaigns.
“Our goal is to balance forward-thinking innovation with the practicality of applying it now in an environment that promotes agility, co-creation and experimentation to help our clients innovate in the ‘new’. With this end-to-end digital customer experience services for clients, they are able to tap into a range of forward-thinking capabilities and amenities,” he said.
Jason Chau, managing director of Accenture Interactive, Greater China, added that the studio targets at Hong Kong and China clients, but the company plans to expand Accenture Interactive Studios into mainland China in the future.
