ZenithOptimedia has unveiled a new version of its social media analysis app, Socialtools, a proprietary live tracking app that monitors the performance of thousands of brand pages on Facebook, brand accounts on Twitter and brand channels on YouTube.
SocialtoolsV2 has been a year in development and includes a range of new key features that enable ZenithOptimedia to better deliver ‘Owned First’ strategies for clients. These include: tracking of brands in Instagram, optimisation for touchscreen smartphones and tablets, and a new and improved design and interface.
The Socialtools app generates 120 live charts that report trends, norms and benchmarks for each brand’s social performance against competitors across 104 categories in 123 countries. It is currently tracking 46, 358 Facebook brands across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
It aims to provides ZenithOptimedia’s clients with a comprehensive range of data services and insights. These include continuous live daily competitive performance monitoring of brands in social media, rankings that identify best-in-class brands, live insights from brand users and advocates, and delivery of live social performance dashboards online.
