Digitally-led marketing agency VML has bagged duties with RW Genting.
RW Genting has tasked VML with the mandate to grow the membership and usage of its CRM & rewards programme, Genting Rewards Plans. VML is leading an omni-channel activation to achieve this objective, which includes digital media, social content and on-venue interactive installations during the CNY period.
According to Tripti Lochan (pictured), CEO VML Malaysia is an important market for the agency in this next phase of regional growth. The agency has plans to open a physical office in Malaysia by the second quarter of this year and already has a team of 12 servicing the clients in the country.
“Over the last few years, we had been servicing our clients in Malaysia through our Singapore office. These two wins are not only exciting because we will be able to value-add to their business goals, but it also marks the beginning of a physical presence out of KL,” said Lochan.
