Vero has named seasoned professionals to key leadership positions in its Indonesia office, including Aditya Syahputra (pictured, left) as creative and creators manager, Fuad Arrasyid (pictured, right) as communications director for sustainability and impact work, and Bobby Raharjo (pictured, centre) as communications director for tech and platforms.
The move comes as Vero doubles down on its regional momentum, aiming to reinforce the agency’s creative firepower and deepen its ability to serve clients across sectors ranging from FMCG and tourism to digital platforms.
Syahputra joins from Vidio, where he helped launch more than 70 original series - many led by emerging creative talent - and was awarded Most Valuable Employee three years in a row. At Vero, Syahputra will play a pivotal role in shaping influencer strategy and branded storytelling by marrying culturally attuned narratives with strong visual language.

“A story needs a storyteller, a storyteller needs strategy, and strategy needs infrastructure,” said Syahputra. “I’m excited to be at Vero, where collaboration can turn narrative into real impact. I look forward to shaping content and partnerships with influencers who can truly move people at scale.”
The hire aligns with Vero’s broader ambition to elevate influencer marketing in Southeast Asia, a sector projected to surpass US$1 billion in value within three years.
Meanwhile, Arrasyid will lead a specialised unit dedicated to sustainability communications, supporting brands to align their purpose with real-world action. With experience ranging from crisis response and humanitarian campaigns to brand turnarounds, Arrasyid brings a versatile skillset to a rapidly evolving space.
“It’s inspiring to join a team that not only adapts to change but actively shapes it,” he said. “I’m eager to create meaningful work and elevate the role of strategic communications in driving positive change.”
Raharjo rounds out the trio, taking charge of Vero’s tech and platform-focused business in Indonesia. A 15-year industry veteran, Raharjo has led communications initiatives for top-tier brands including Netflix, Mastercard, Unilever, and Prudential, through both global and regional PR agencies.
“What excites me most about joining Vero is working with its young, talented team,” said Raharjo. “It’s not just about sharing experience, but also learning from them - the next generation of storytellers.”
Vero’s ASEAN senior advisor, Chatrine Siswoyo, noted that the Indonesian business has more than doubled in size over the past year, both in team strength and client portfolio.
“At Vero, we believe in a blend of experience and innovation,” she said. “With Aditya, Fuad, and Bobby on board - each with expertise in creativity, sustainability, and tech communications - we’re doubling down on our promise to be the country’s leading full-service communications agency.”
Vero’s 260-strong team operates across Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar, delivering integrated services through specialised units such as Vero IQ (data and insights), InFluent (influencer campaign analytics), VeroXperience (brand activations and events), and Vero Advocacy (government relations).
