Tourism Australia inviting tenders for PR agencies in China

Tourism Australia is now inviting tenders for public relations services in China, including two service components. The first service component includes strategic PR programmes, media relations and publicity, content and editorial, programme hosting, influencer programmes, social media, brand and reputation management, and business events. The second service component includes only social media, while the service provider should be able to adapt global social media content, such as Facebook and Instagram, and Australia.com content for local social media platforms. These include weibo and WeChat, to name a few. The 24-month contract will start on 1 August 2019 until 30 July 2021. The contract will also offer an option to extend the term for a further 12 months, commencing on 1 August 2021 to 30 July 2022. The submission will be closed on 8 April 2019 at 10 am (GMT+11). Shortlisted applicants will be notified on 20 May 2019. Presentations will begin on 10 June to 14 June 2019, and the final result will be out on 12 July 2019.
