Tim Hortons Philippines celebrated Canada Day in Manila

Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons® threw a Canada Day bash in Manila, with a series of events.  The series rolled out with a Canada Day Cocktail Party, organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce at the Glass Pavilion, Dusit Thani Manila. Tim Hortons®, Canada’s premier coffee shop, acted as the major sponsor, giving free coffee and S’mores pockets to the evening’s guests. Representing Tim Hortons® during the party aside from was legal counsel Atty. Al-Shwaid Ismael.

The Tim Hortons® pop-up picnic fair, held at Glorietta featured a mini hockey game, face painting, and free samples of Tim Hortons® favorites were served to visitors. Tim Hortons® gave guests a Canada Day passport, which served as their entry ticket to the Picnic Fair. Successfully accomplishing all activities on the passport earned winners a Tim Hortons® journal and Iced Capp pen with complimentary brewed coffee and S’mores.

A fun quiz night, on all things Canada and Tim Hortons®, was organized in partnership with PopQuiz. Tim Hortons® also officially launched its limited-offer Canada Day treats during the event. “We want everyone to feel the fun, friendliness and warmth that Canada is known for”, said Stephanie Balois-Guerrero, marketing director of Tim Hortons Philippines.
