Indonesian travel platform Tiket.com is celebrating its 14th anniversary with the launch of its aNEWversary campaign, a digital-first initiative highlighting the brand’s evolution, enhanced services, and commitment to providing unbeatable travel experiences.

Running from 1 to 31 August 2025, the campaign aims to reinforce customer perception of Tiket.com as a platform that continuously innovates. Central to the campaign is the “tiket.com murah meriah terbaru”, a showcase of the platform’s refreshed offerings, including a redesigned user interface, new features and games, and competitive pricing.

The campaign unfolds across major digital channels such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, featuring content produced by OneBox Films under the direction of Syahiddan, with creative direction by Taka - FCN.

For the anniversary, Tiket.com took inspiration from a kue tampah, an iconic Indonesian platter of assorted traditional cakes.

“We wanted to celebrate not only a milestone, but also the spirit of continuous growth that defines our journey,” said Maria Risa, SVP of brand marketing at Tiket.com.Kue tampah represents celebration, unity, and cultural heritage. Just as a tampah brings together diverse flavours in one harmony, our anniversary highlights the variety of developments we have introduced: a refreshed UI design, new features and games, unbeatable prices, and endless travel inspirations.”

Risa further explained that the campaign reflects Tiket.com’s approach of blending local cultural elements with innovation. By bringing the iconic kue tampah to life instead of using human characters, the brand aims to engage audiences culturally while symbolising its commitment to offering richer, more diverse travel experiences.

Previously, Tiket.com announced that, in addition to a refreshed and more personalised homepage, users can benefit from automatic compensation for flight delays or cancellations through the Flight Disruption Protection feature, as well as faster issue resolution within just one hour via Halo tiket.

Its anniversary special, HAJATAN TERMER14H, was followed by Independence Deals, offering up to 50% off flights, accommodation, and activities, along with instant cashback of up to IDR 600,000 (US$36.89) on selected products.

Dimas Surya Yaputra, co-founder and CEO of Tiket.com, said the company now goes beyond selling travel products, focusing instead on delivering happiness throughout the entire journey - from planning and booking to the trip itself.
