Tickled Media appoints country manager for Singapore and Malaysia

Tickled Media has appointed Lesley Ngai (pictured) as country manager for both Singapore and Malaysia. In her new role, Ngai is tasked to build and develop new verticals and revenue streams that will widen the Tickled audience to all women across the region. In addition, she will also be responsible for implementing internal efficiency measures to streamline the business operations.Prior to her appointment, Ngai served as the business lead for various Mediacorp titles, where she grew print platforms to integrated media brands. This includes the co-founding of the defunct SmartParents brand in 2015 when she led the parenting business from a print platform to an integrated media platform brand. This includes full P&L responsibility of SmartParents business, lead and manage all ad and sponsorship proposals, client management, project lead key events, projects and campaigns, to name a few, according to her LinkedIn.She had also held the role of VP business operations in previous stints.According to Roshni Mahtani, founder and CEO of Tickled Media, Ngai is someone who has "seen and done it all". "I have full confidence in her ability and will, to take our flagship and incubated media assets into their bright futures,” Mahtani added.“These are pivotal times for both Asian women and digital media.
