Thoughtbuzz, the analytics arm of TO THE NEW, has launched Asia’s first unified social media management and analytics platform for brands and enterprises. Supporting social media content in 13 languages from English to Bahasa Indonesia, ThoughtBuzz provides real business value to businesses at all stages of social media activity. With this new platform, businesses can now monitor, engage and identify influencers across all major social media platforms, namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube.
This self-serve product complements ThoughtBuzz’s enterprise grade OmnioG solution, which was launched in April this year. Key features include influencer identification, cross platform analytics, competitor benchmarking, content performance, and Instagram and Twitter analytics.
Anshul Jain, chief executive officer at Thoughtbuzz, states that the new platform enables “community and brand managers to understand what content works best for them.” With the ability to compare content performance across major social media platforms, Jain adds that this “powerful feature [allows] for community managers to engage more with their audience”.
