The Tagline Group unveils leadership overhaul as it expands global marketing capabilities

The Tagline Group has unveiled a series of leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its integrated capabilities and supporting the next phase of its international expansion.

The move comes as the marketing, technology, events and training company continues to grow its presence across Manila, New York, Boston, Dubai and London, shifting its focus from scaling operations to building the leadership structure needed for long-term growth.

Leading the organisational changes is Anika Punzalan, who has been appointed director for business strategy and marketing. Formerly managing director of Binary Digital, Punzalan will oversee group-wide strategic planning, marketing, positioning and growth initiatives across the company's expanding portfolio.

Taking over leadership of Binary Digital is Guada Delos Reyes, whose background spans media, digital transformation and client leadership. The company said her appointment is intended to support the agency's next phase of expansion while strengthening its ability to deliver integrated offerings combining performance marketing, creativity, technology and measurable business outcomes.

The operational side of the business will be led by Nep Paglomutan, who has been named chief operating officer. Paglomutan previously managed the group's largest portfolio and below-the-line business units, including Five Seconds Advertising, Oncue Media, Hey! Communications and Red Button. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening integration, execution and scalability across the organisation.

Supporting the company's operational framework are Princess Generoso, managing director of fabrication arm Red Button, and chief financial officer Jho Muhi, who will oversee operational discipline and long-term business sustainability.

Meanwhile, the group's creative and international growth agenda will continue to be led by chief creative officer John Dela Cruz and Francis Miranda, CEO of Tagline 360, the company's global marketing, training and technology arm. While Dela Cruz will continue driving creative excellence across the group's agencies, Miranda will spearhead global expansion efforts focused on technology, visibility and organisational transformation.

According to founder, CEO and global president Jovy Rabelas, the appointments reflect a broader strategy centred on building leadership depth rather than relying on individual executives.

"The future of The Tagline Group will not be defined by one leader, but by the strength of the team behind it. As we continue to grow across markets and disciplines, our focus is on empowering leaders, strengthening capabilities, and creating an organisation that can continue evolving long after any one individual. That's how we build something that lasts," he said.

The company said the appointments reinforce its "creative engineering" philosophy by bringing together leadership, expertise and operational capabilities to create stronger client outcomes.

The Tagline Group's portfolio includes Tagline 360, digital transformation agency Binary Digital, experiential marketing businesses Five Seconds Advertising, Oncue Media and Hey! Communications, fabrication and production company Red Button, as well as a growing portfolio of lifestyle, specialty and production businesses.

From AI-powered marketing and the friction economy to retention-led growth, DMA Philippines 2026 on 29 September in Manila will bring together marketers to tackle the opportunities and challenges shaping the next phase of digital transformation.
