Text100 Malaysia has been appointed the public relations agency for mobile messenger app LINE.
The agency will be providing strategic communications services for LINE in the Malaysian market, seeking to engage more users and build a dynamic social community on the platform.
With more than 110 million users worldwide, LINE aims to bring its unique brand experience closer to Malaysians users as it rolls out more exciting features over the coming months.
“We recognise that Malaysia is a key market for LINE with a strong community of users we would like to focus on,” said Simeon Cho, general manager of LINE Business Office, NHN Corp.
Launched in June 2011 by Korean company NHN, LINE features various integrated apps and features such as free calling, ‘Official Accounts’ that enable users to interact directly with celebrities and interactive games.
