Telekom Malaysia (TM) has appointed dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli Ramly as its new managing director/group chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from 1 May 2017. This follows the retirement of Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa as Group CEO of TM with effect from 30 April 2017.
Concurrently, TM also appointed its group chief financial Officer (GCFO), Datuk Bazlan Osman as executive director/deputy group CEO effective 1 April 2017. Meanwhile, its current financial controller, Nor Fadhilah Mohd Ali is appointed to cover the duties of the GCFO with effect from 1 April 2017 until the nomination and appointment of a new GCFO.
According to TM, this new era of leadership, with a strong combination of industry, marketing, financial and operational expertise will continue the solid momentum TM has built as Malaysia’s convergence champion.
