Based in Singapore, Loh (pictured) will be tasked to manage the agency’s regional technology client portfolio, and support the continued expansion of the regional practice at the agency. He will be starting his newly-created role next week and will report to Sara Pereira, regional technology lead, Asia Pacific.

“I am thrilled to join WE, an agency committed to partnering with businesses to drive positive action and good in the world. I look forward to partnering with our clients and team to rise to the challenge for the stakeholders we serve," said Loh.
Loh joins the agency following a string of senior appointments in Singapore since December last year. Pereira joined last month and is driving new business growth for the technology sector and increasing cross-regional collaboration, in partnership with local market leadership. She was previously with Ogilvy, helming the role of regional lead across communications, technology and entertainment functions.
