Spritzer Malaysia has appointed Kingdom Digital as its social media agency, tasking the agency with leading its social media strategy, creative development, content production and community management across the brand's core social platforms.
The appointment comes as Spritzer prepares to roll out its 2026 brand platform, "Flow with joy", which aims to encourage Malaysians to embrace everyday moments with greater ease, positivity and purpose.
Through the partnership, Kingdom Digital will bring the platform to life through social-first storytelling designed to deepen engagement, strengthen cultural relevance and build stronger affinity with younger, wellness-conscious consumers.

According to the agency, the appointment reflects a shared ambition to move beyond conventional social media marketing by creating more community-driven content and conversations.
Kingdom Digital said it will apply its "Made differently" approach to Spritzer's social presence, combining consumer insights with platform-first creative ideas to transform the brand's social channels from promotional feeds into more engaging storytelling platforms.
The agency added that the alignment between Spritzer's brand ambitions and its own creative philosophy played a key role in securing the partnership.
"As we usher in our new brand direction, 'Flow with joy', we wanted a partner who could translate our purpose into meaningful social experiences. Kingdom Digital stood out for its strategic clarity, creative approach, and deep understanding of our brand purpose," said Shiao Chan, head of marketing at Spritzer.
She added, "Together, we're excited to transform our social platforms into spaces that inspire everyday moments of joy while building stronger, more authentic connections with our consumers."
In tandem, Steven Yap, digital and operations director at Kingdom Digital, said, "Being entrusted with an iconic Malaysian brand like Spritzer is both an honour and an exciting opportunity. Today's audiences expect brands to participate in culture rather than simply advertise alongside it."
"Our role is to translate the 'Flow with joy' philosophy into immersive, social-first experiences. By combining data-driven insights with human-centric creativity, we look forward to cultivating a digital community that sparks genuine conversations and builds deep, long-term brand affinity," he added.
The appointment follows Spritzer's brand refresh unveiled in May, when the company introduced its new "Flow with joy" platform, developed in collaboration with growth consultancy JUNO. The initiative marked one of the brand's biggest refreshes in decades, repositioning Spritzer from a bottled water brand to a broader everyday wellness player.
Designed to encourage Malaysians to embrace small, accessible moments of positivity and presence, the platform has been rolled out across film, digital, retail, fleet and community touchpoints, with further activations planned through 2026.
