Andrew Hill, senior director of digital acceleration strategy and enablement at The Coca-Cola Company, is exiting the beverage giant after four years, closing a chapter that saw him lead digital initiatives and strategic partnerships across the region.

In a LinkedIn post, Hill reflected on his time with Coca-Cola, where he initially joined to help build digital partnerships before taking on broader responsibilities spanning markets, functions and regional teams.

Among the initiatives he highlighted was the development of Coca-Cola's partnership with Grab, including the Coke & Go journey. He also led digital acceleration initiatives in New Zealand and worked with teams across ASEAN and the South Pacific to support the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).

Hill has served as senior director of digital acceleration strategy and enablement since August 2023. In the role, he led a team working across functions to strengthen the company's use of technology and data, improve business efficiency and effectiveness, and build digital capabilities across its teams, according to his LinkedIn.

Prior to that, he was head of O2O strategic partnerships for ASEAN and the South Pacific from May 2022 to August 2023, where he focused on building partnerships to support the region's digital transformation.

Before joining Coca-Cola, Hill was director of sales for APAC at eCommerce intelligence firm Edge by Ascential, where he led regional sales and marketing operations. He previously served as client director at the company, helping consumer goods manufacturers grow their eCommerce businesses. He had also held roles at Octopus Group and Woolworths Group, based in Australia.

Looking back on his time at Coca-Cola, Hill said the relationships built with colleagues, bottling partners, agencies and platform partners were among the most meaningful parts of his journey.

He added that he was proud of the work and legacy built with the teams he had worked alongside, thanking them for their trust and collaboration.

MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Hill and The Coca-Cola Company for comment.

His departure comes as Coca-Cola undergoes broader leadership changes to accelerate its digital transformation. The company recently created a chief digital officer role, appointing Sedef Salingan Sahin, formerly president of its Eurasia and Middle East operating unit, to lead its enterprise-wide digital strategy, bringing together digital, data and operational excellence.

The move forms part of a wider leadership reshuffle under new CEO Henrique Braun, who succeeded James Quincey on 31 March 2026. Digital strategy responsibilities previously overseen by president and CFO John Murphy will transition to Sahin, who will report directly to Braun.
