Spring Singapore looks for digital, social media agency

Spring Singapore has called a tender for a digital and social media agency.The brief calls for proposals to grow its communities as well as push its brand. According to the brief, agency will be evaluated as such: “The innovativeness and feasibility of the proposal to meet SPRING’s requirements for the Firm Requirement (40%) Cost for Firm Requirements (30%) Track record of the Company (20%) Relevant experience and skill sets of project team (10%)”.The pitch was called on 26 March and closes on 14 April.The government agency comes under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow.
