SPRING Singapore settles media agency

Following a government tender, SPRING Singapore has retained PHD as its media agency for one year, with the option to extend for another.The agencies involved in the pitch were OMD Singapore, Mindshare Singapore, Mediacom Singapore, Maxus, IPG Mediabrands, Havas Media and GroupM Singapore, according to the government tender site.The contract is estimated to be worth US$10 million over two years. The business will be led by regional business director Jessica Lok.PHD was also the incumbent on the account.Marie Gruy, managing partner of PHD Singapore confirmed the appointment to Marketing adding that: “PHD was delighted to hear that we have retained Spring Singapore.  It is testament to our dedication to the business and the quality of the work that we deliver, reflecting our strong belief in strategic thinking, thorough planning and a deep understanding of brands."Prior to working with PHD, SPRING worked with Universal McCann.
