SRX Property makes marketing push on SPHMBO’s digital billboards

For many of us, our home is probably the biggest investment of our lifetime. Yet few of us truly understand how the property market works.

To put up-to-date and relevant real estate knowledge which is easily accessible at the fingertips of Singaporeans, online real estate portal SRX Property recently introduced its free ‘My Property Tracker’ service in its latest out-of-home campaign push. The marketing objective was to create top-of-mind awareness among Singapore's 1.4 million homeowners and renters.

SRX Property leveraged SPHMBO’s digital billboards at Toa Payoh Hub and Chevron House to maximise awareness of its app service in providing free personalised, monthly updates on changes in market value, rent, and rental yield of a subscriber's home. The company also advertised the value of its app service on a full stretch of wall banner located below the Toa Payoh Hub billboard.

SRX Property further boosted its branding message by capitalising on SPHMBO’s latest branding space opportunity that was recently launched. The effective brand display area, which was equipped with backlighting, not only expanded its message reach to the captive audience, but also amplified its brand presence for optimal impact.

Jeremy Lee, co-founder and chief technology officer, SRX Property added, “When we speak with homeowners, they like to keep tabs on the listed prices of nearby homes for sale. This information helps them gauge where their neighbourhood property market is moving.  By employing our geospatial algorithms, we can easily link nearby listings to the subscriber’s home and help them stay abreast of movements in the listing market.”
