Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre makes digital marketing push

Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) has appointed Happy Marketer, a Merkle company, as its digital agency to spearhead its initiative to drive more awareness and interest about Singapore’s vibrant chinese culture amongst youths through digital channels. Happy Marketer will be responsible for helping SCCC drive its cultural initiatives in the local market through a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the target market, and delivering targeted and personalised messages through the right digital channels. The integrated marketing communications pitch was led by Tate Anzur who will be managing the SCCC’s communication outreach, with Happy Marketer providing strong support to develop a holistic online strategy for the brand. Low Sze Wee, CEO of SCCC, said that with the “deep experience” across multiple communications platforms that both agencies have, it is “confident” that it will be able to reach out “more effectively” to its target audiences. “We are excited to be partnering with Tate Anzur to help SCCC deploy an end-to-end digital solution to amplify its cultural efforts through paid, owned, and earned channels.
