Skincare and cosmetic brand Shizens has appointed Josephine Ng (pictured) as the head of advertising and promotions effective May 2013.
Her task is to oversee the entire advertising and promotions functions and progress of the company. She reports to general manager Roger Ko.
She previously held senior advertising roles at Boustead Curve for more than four years.
“Ng was appointed based on her vast experience and pro-active nature from her previous job role,” said Ko.
Ng told A+M her plans are to strengthen the brand in the market as well as to improve and to create more hype for the brand and ultimately to increase the market share.
Shizens started up four years ago and targets to open up 50 outlets by the end of this year across Malaysia, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Last month, Shizens appointed local artise Jojo Goh as its official ambassador for 2013/2014.
