Saatchi & Saatchi hires global CMO

Saatchi & Saatchi has made two key global executive leadership appointments.Jeff Geisler has been hired as chief marketing officer and Carol Miller-Repetto as chief operating officer for the Procter & Gamble Business.  In their new roles, the two executives will join Robert Senior, CEO Worldwide, and Pablo Del Campo, Worldwide creative director, on the Global Leadership Team to drive growth and operations for the agency.As chief marketing officer, Geisler will lead Saatchi & Saatchi’s global growth, brand and new business initiatives. His career has been focused exclusively in the creative industries. Most recently ,Geisler was chief marketing officer of Roc Nation, LLC, the entertainment company founded and owned by Jay Z.  He began professional life in account management at agencies Lowe and Cliff Freeman in New York, followed by roles at Bartle Bogle Hegarty and McCann Erickson. He worked on brands including Verizon, Axe, Levi’s, Sprite, Cadbury, Sony, General Mills, and MasterCard.Miller-Repetto leads Saatchi & Saatchi P&G teams in all markets creating integrated communications for several P&G brands globally. Most recently as brand agency leader - EVP Global Equity Director, Miller-Repetto led Saatchi & Saatchi’s work for P&G on Head & Shoulders and Fixodent, and in prior roles worked on P&G healthcare and oral care brands.These appointments follow recent naming David Hackworthy as chief strategy officer, Jessica Hendrix as president Saatchi & Saatchi X USA and Julie Michael as president of Team One.Senior said: “We have momentum for growth, and in an industry based entirely on talent, it’s critical to have the right people in the right positions. We have moved decisively in 2015 to bring several new people to the leadership table as we begin the next phase of our journey.”
