Responsys, a cloud based marketing software company, has inked a collaboration with advertising and marketing technology provider Asia Digital Ventures (ADV) for the local market.
In this partnership, Responsys will leverage on ADV’s knowledge of the Malaysian market.

We recognised that ADV has a long history of successfully partnering with global software companies to help local marketers access the best tools and understand how to get the most out of them,” Paul Cross (pictured), president of Asia Pacific, Responsys, told A+M.
Responsys offers customer engagement through the orchestration of individualised cross-channel communication at massive scale and assists marketers in managing its digital relationships to deliver the right marketing to its customers across email, mobile, social, display and on the web.
Cross added that email is an important channel, however, as customers use more channels and screens, it pushes marketers to send messages across the key digital channels, where The Responsys Interact Marketing Cloud comes into play.

Responsys works with global brands including retailers, technology businesses, airlines, telecommunication providers and financial service institutions.
In Asia Pacific, it works with brands such as Lazada, Zalora, Qantas, Coles, Telstra and PC Tools.
