Radityo Prabowo (pictured) has stepped down as country lead of PRecious Communications Indonesia, passing the leadership role to Ridzki Noviansyah after nearly two years with the communications agency.
Prabowo joined PRecious in November 2024 and led its Indonesia operations until September 2026. He announced his departure in a LinkedIn post, in which he thanked the agency’s leadership and team while welcoming Noviansyah into the role.
“As I close my chapter with PRecious Communications, I am super proud and honoured to pass the leadership helm to [Noviansyah],” Prabowo said. “I have no doubt he’ll take our fabulous Indonesia team onwards and upwards, in his own way and with his own leadership style. I leave knowing the team is in good hands.”

Noviansyah has been with PRecious Communications since January 2022, progressing from senior manager to director before taking on the country leadership role.
Prabowo also acknowledged PRecious founder and group CEO Lars Voedisch for his support. He did not disclose his next move, saying only that he was moving on to his “next chapter”.
Prabowo’s career spans senior communications and leadership roles across the industry. Before joining PRecious, he served as an expert to the special staff of Indonesia’s minister of education, culture, research and technology, as well as CEO of Daniel J. Edelman Group Limited in Jakarta and managing director at Zeno Group.
At PRecious, Prabowo led the Indonesia team across business development, client relationships and market growth, while also advising clients on communications and exploring new approaches to the discipline.
One area he addressed during his tenure was the impact of AI on brand communications. Speaking at PR Asia Indonesia 2026, Prabowo argued that the rise of AI-driven discovery is changing how people encounter and evaluate brands, with influence increasingly taking place before a consumer reaches a brand directly. During the session, Prabowo also introduced “PRecious Pulse”, an early-stage initiative looking at how AI systems mention, understand and recommend brands.
Voedisch said Prabowo had left a significant mark on PRecious Indonesia, having helped build the business, develop its team and challenge the agency throughout his tenure.
“I’m grateful for everything he has put into PRecious and excited to see what comes next for him,” he said.
“Ridzki has earned the opportunity to take it from here. He knows our clients, our business, and, most importantly, our people. This isn’t about simply continuing what came before. He will bring his own leadership style, challenge us, and take PRecious Indonesia to the next level.”
