PwC has announced the launch of The Experience Centre, a virtual and physical environment that enables companies to accelerate business growth and customer innovation in an age of digital disruption.
The Experience Centre in Hong Kong is the result of its recent acquisition of creative and design agency Fluid and officially opened in Hong Kong yesterday with Shanghai and Beijing to compliment a global footprint that now reaches the US, Australia and Europe.
“We are excited to be joining the PwC family,” Guy Parsonage, PwC Hong Kong Experience Centre Partner, and former CEO of fluid HK, said.
“This provides us with the opportunity to create greater impact for leading global and local brands by combining the business rigour of a broad consultancy with the wide range of creative skills of an integrated agency.”
The Experience Centre forms an integral part of PwC Consulting and its vision to deliver digital solutions underpinned by the analytics and business execution skills required for creative design, branding and transformation.
“CEO’s now recognise digital disruption as the new normal,” Colin Light, PwC China and Hong Kong Experience Centre and Digital Services Leader, added.
“The Experience Centre is about finding new ways of solving business problems by having employees and C-suites collaborate towards innovating business models if they want to engender customer loyalty and a differentiated customer experience.”
