Relocating from India, Roy will lead a team of strategists across Leo Burnett, Publicis Worldwide, Digitas, Publicis Emil, Publicis Media, Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid and Alpha 245 to provide insight-driven solutions that cuts across business strategy and creative concept. He will work closely with and report directly to CEO Tan Kien Eng.
Roy has 17 years of experience in advertising, learning and leading strategy as well as creative. Over the years, he has worked across APAC leading strategy and creative at advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, BBDO and TBWA.

Roy's appointment comes shortly after the Groupe appointed Abraham Varughese as chief creative officer for Malaysia. In his role, he will be responsible for uniting the talent, expertise and passion of Leo Burnett, Publicis Worldwide, Digitas, Publicis Emil, Publicis Media, Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid and Alpha 245 to help the Groupe deliver “The Power of One”.
