According to Publicis Groupe Indonesia, the four strategic senior hires across its creative and digital agencies will focus on accelerating client growth and impact. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Publicis Groupe Indonesia for further information on their job scopes.

Moving forward to the leadership team, Fibriyanti previously served as Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) Country Lead and has significant experience across client sectors in Indonesia. Whereas Medhi brings 15 years of experience unlocking growth strategies for brands and businesses.

Working across markets and categories, she has been part of the transformational integrated hubs of Ford and Suzuki in India, which brings together capabilities in strategy, media, and digital and experiential marketing. She joins from Wunderman Thomson Indonesia.

"I’m excited to join Publicis Groupe, as their work reminds us that advertising has the power to transform lives and the world. I am looking forward to partnering with our clients to build inspiring brands and businesses that are future-ready with human stories at their core,” Medhi added.

On the other hand, Sawant has joined from DDB Mudra India, he will support Publicis Groupe Indonesia's chief creative officer Ravi Shanker by working on Mondelez brands for Southeast Asia. Whereas, Natrajan joins from 22 Feet Tribal India and will be working on clients including Kraft Heinz and McDonald’s.

Natrajan said, “Publicis Groupe and Leo Burnett have always delivered great creative work consistently in Indonesia. As a young creative, it’s always aspirational to play a small role in their legacy and I’m thankful for the opportunity.

The HumanKind philosophy that is brought alive through the ‘Power of One’ approach is a very potent playground for any brand, client, and creative who wants to drive big meaningful work," Natrajan added.

Sony Nichani, Publicis Groupe Indonesia's CEO explained that the company continues to bring on board talent with diverse experiences and skillsets to match the momentum and scope diversification the agency is seeing across its creative and digital mandates. "Thanks to our ‘Power of One’ model, Publicis Groupe Indonesia is leading the way when it comes to providing integrated client solutions that bring together the best of our creative and digital talent across the Groupe,” Nichani added.

In April, the agency promoted Shanker to chief creative officer, overseeing all creative units under a single leadership structure. Shanker will move into the new role this month where he will combine the group’s creative and digital teams and establish a more streamlined structure across all creative units.

Shanker joined Publicis Groupe Indonesia in 2020 as ECD after five years with creative agency FCB Jakarta, reuniting with Sony Nichani who joined Publicis Groupe Indonesia as CEO.
