PropertyGuru is launching its very on bus tours, which is the latest initiative that brings to life PropertyGuru’s new brand positioning since the rebrand in October.  Called the "Property TourTalks", the bus tour will see PropertyGuru experts share the latest local property updates, trends, and insights.According to PropertyGuru, each bus tour will cater to different profiles of property seekers including, first-time home buyers, property upgraders, renters, and real estate investors, covering topics from property types, budgeting, and mortgage refinancing to Singapore’s real estate laws. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to PropertyGuru.

Remona Duquesne, PropertyGuru group's brand director added "It was this thinking that led us to the idea of guided bus tours – where property seekers can learn from our experts, and at the same time experience first-hand the context behind the insights and why they are important. For example, we explain why one area is of higher value than another through a live neighbourhood tour, which seekers can now see – and experience – for themselves.”

“Buying or investing in a new property is an emotional ride filled with complexity and uncertainty. We’re here to guide people throughout their property journey and help them make decisions in this complex real estate market,” Duquesne said.

PropertyGuru’s brand repositioning campaign is centred around providing guidance to everyone in the property journey. The brand tagline, “We’ll see you home”, represents the different meanings of home for everyone, ranging from their place of stay or their ambitions and goals.

Duquesne also explained that the recent brand positioning reflects a strategic pivot into the group's new phase of growth outlining the value proposition that the group offers, beyond search.She added that the brand repositioning sees a new narrative that better reflects its evolution. PropertyGuru group will also enhance the experiences created across all forms, from its offline presence to its website, apps, and social platforms.
