Online expositions have become popular since the outbreak of the pandemic. To engage customers yet again, Price.com.hk has launched a video to kick off the Online Home Expo campaign.
The video features influencer Akina Fong and two of the brand's anchors with all of them introducing discounts and featured items. According to the brand, Fong's professional and shrewd image matches Price.com.hk's brand identity of smart buying. Meanwhile, she is a role model for women in Hong Kong as she is capable of pursuing a career while striking a balance between her work and personal life.
As for the two in-house anchors, Hui Ka-kit, creative director of Price.com.hk, commented, "The style of them doing unboxing videos on our YouTube channel tends to adopt an informative tone of voice, offering audiences insights into how to make the right choice. Some audiences even said the way they are presenting is as professional as news reporters. This inspired us to invite Fong and we hope that this collaboration can make some noise and give a little surprise to our YouTube audiences."
The campaign is now running until 30 April, offering more than 100 items with discounts as low as 90%. At the same time, the campaign offers selected items with up to 50% off every day. The company is also collaborating with Hang Seng Bank to offer discounts for its credit card holders.
"As Hong Kong's leading price comparison platform, Price.com.hk strives to provide good shopping guides for consumers. The Online Home Expo is our key e-commerce campaign after the fantastic results from Online Computer Expo and Gadget Show last year. We aim at delivering smart buying experiences to all households and individuals by our creative e-commerce approach," commented Wilson Wong, associate marketing director of Price.com.hk.
