PHD中国宣布葛芸就任创新及内容营销部门负责人，该职位是PHD首次设立。她将主要负责整合行业领先调研、技术、及创新理念，为客户打造自有媒体、付费媒体、获取媒体各渠道的全方位营销传播解决方案。葛芸在智威汤逊开启她的职业生涯，任职期间她曾服务于联合利华、百事食品、家乐氏等众多客户。加入PHD之前，葛芸在凯络中国担任总经理一职，负责亿滋等主要客户。PHD中国首席执行官Aaron Wild表示：「葛芸在整合媒介传播的丰富经验和专业水准，可以极大地帮助我们打造媒介策划传播战略并有效实施，从而为客户带来真正的转变。」「她的加入将提升我们整合内容营销、品牌合作、数据营销、媒介渠道的全方位优势， 为客户打造竞争优势。」
