Lego has appointed Rohan Mathur as its senior marketing manager. A spokesperson has confirmed the news to Marketing.
Mathur joined earlier this month and is now leading a team of four brand marketers and trade marketers in a business delivery role. He is tasked to grow the LEGO business across all key franchises.
Prior to Lego, he was with P&G as brand manager – digital/e-commerce leader for Asia Pacific Fabric Care, a role he held for over two years. In total, Mathur was with P&G for over eight years and worked on brands such as Arial, Pringles, Fabric Care and many others.
His experience also cuts across markets such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Vietnam and many others.
Most recently, Lego appointed Carat Asia Pacific as its media agency for the regional market. Lego has been actively pushing its marketing agenda in Singapore to build brand awareness with the local public. Earlier last year Lego also signed on Iris Worldwide Singapore on a project to help rejuvenate and garner brand awareness for the brand in Singapore.
