ADMA has added two high-profile CMOs to the speaker roster for its 2025 Global Forum, headlined by AG1’s Paulie Dery and Blackmores Group’s Joanne Smith.

They join a line-up of marketing leaders, including futurist Tom Goodwin, Todd Sampson and MECCA CMO Kate Blythe, for the event themed ‘Elevate – Marketing’s Next Horizon’. The agenda will focus on building agile teams, crafting standout customer experiences, leveraging compliance as a competitive advantage and driving growth in a complex data-driven environment.

“Australia is home to some of the most creative, forward-thinking marketers in the world,” Andrea Martens, CEO of ADMA, said. “Bringing Paulie and Joanne into the mix takes our program to a new level. From global brand leaders to experts in AI, capability and compliance, this is about equipping marketing leaders with the tools to meet the moment and shape what’s next.”

Dery, former brand leader at YETI and Uber, will deliver a keynote on the rise of identity-first brands. He will share how he transformed YETI from a rugged cooler company into a billion-dollar cultural icon through lifestyle-driven storytelling - and how he is applying the same playbook to AG1 in the wellness space. “Belief, not benefits, drives loyalty. And Australia is uniquely placed to lead the next wave of world-class storytelling,” he said.

Smith, Blackmores’ chief brand, innovation and communications officer, will join Warren Mackay-Smith, GM of AI Health Lab, for a virtual-exclusive closing keynote on building high-performance marketing teams through data, innovation and capability.

The program will also feature an interactive regulatory panel led by Peter Leonard and Sarla Fernando, Chair and Deputy Chair of ADMA’s Regulatory and Privacy Working Group, on the “acceptable limits” of personalisation in a privacy-led world. Using real case studies - from personalised pricing to hyper-targeted campaigns - attendees will vote on whether each example crosses the line, before hearing perspectives from consumers, regulators and marketers.

The 2025 forum is supported by brands including Heatseeker.ai and will also feature senior marketers from NAB, PepsiCo and Optus. ADMA is offering limited in-person tickets alongside flexible streaming options for morning, afternoon or full-day access, with student tickets available.
