Hong Kong mall Pacific Place has unveiled a vibrant brand refresh energy and joy to bring new inspirations to visitors and appeal to younger audiences.
Establishing itself as the destination of choice for a wide variety of inspirational discoveries and happenings in the heart of the city, the brand refresh fully embraces the brand essence of “THIS IS THE PLACE” and Pacific Place aims to inject new energy and joy to revitalise the spirit of THE PLACE.
The brand refresh aims at retainingthe sophisticated and loyal guests, while attracting the energetic millennials and young professionals to visit Pacific Place, bringing a new and refreshing vibe to THE PLACE.
Leveraging the brand etho of “THIS IS THE PLACE”, Pacific Place leads the way in bringing two new ideas and fresh inspirations to visitors, including "This is the place where your true colours shine through".
From now until 15 October, one of Pacific Place’s main entrances has been artfully transformed into spectrums of natural light with colourful window panels that interplay with the shifting sunlight. This welcoming installation invites guests to explore the mall and discover a world painted with colours and excitement.
Another idea that the brand is trying to bring to visitors is the theme "This is the place where your inner child comes out to play", which features a colourful bear army to inject vibrancy and energy into the mall. The troupe of coloured bears will also be appearing in a series of flash mob performances and meet-and-greet sessions on 30 September and 7 October 2023.
Furthermore, the vibrant energy extends beyond the mall and out into the neighbourhood of Starstreet Precinct. From 25 September to 15 October, a coloured bear in an enormous doll box is displayed for visitors to capture their most energetic moments at the mall.
This isn't the only initiative the mall has done to retain shoppers and share joy with HongKongers. Back in January, Pacific Place partnered with creamy candy brand White Rabbit to present themed installations in celebration of Chinese New Year, inviting shoppers to hop into blossoms of joy with the energetic rabbit representing harmony, kindness and elegance.
The installations were available from 10 January to 5 February 2023 at Pacific Place, together with the first-in-Hong Kong exclusive White Rabbit pop-up store in town. The exclusive White Rabbit pop-up store introudeced not only a brand-new flavour of the creamy candy in the city, but also limited-edition White Rabbit-themed merchandise.
