One Faber Group has re-appointed Carbon Interactive as its digital and social media agency for one year four months. One Faber Group is the operator of leisure and lifestyle services across Faber Peak Singapore and Sentosa.
The contract comes with an option to extend the partnership for an additional two years. The reappointment is the agency’s third consecutive one by the group, one being in 2015. It covers attractions such as Singapore Cable Car, Sentosa Merlion, and Wings of Time, and their suite of lifestyle and leisure brands.
Additionally, the agency will be tasked with providing expanded services, including digital and social media strategy and consultancy, social media management, search engine optimisation, and email marketing. The agency previously undertook a storytelling strategy to grow the Singapore Cable Car and Faber Peak Singapore online communities. According to a press statement, this was supported by both branded and user-generated content that allowed for memorable and happy moments to be shared.
