One Faber Group renews contract with digital agency Hashmeta

One Faber Group has renewed its partnership with digital marketing agency Hashmeta. Appointed for another year as its digital agency, Hashmeta will continue to manage One Faber Group’s social and digital marketing duties. They will be responsible for increasing brand engagement and awareness amongst locals and tourists for One Faber Group’s key attractions that include the iconic Singapore Cable Car and F&B offerings such as Dusk Restaurant & Bar and Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro.

Monica Zhuang, creative director of Hashmeta, said: “We're honoured to continue our partnership with One Faber Group. 2020 has been challenging for the tourism industry but the synergy between our teams has helped tremendously in achieving great results in the past year.” MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out for additional information.

In a previous statement, Tracy Lui, senior assistant director, marketing and communications of One Faber Group said as the digital and social media landscape becomes increasingly crowded and competitive, it is vital for the brand to work with a partner that has a good nose for trends and the ability to deliver strategic content that cuts through the clutter. 

One Faber Group has been rolling out new offerings in recent months to entice Singaporeans. Most recently in November, it rolled out a series of exclusive menus with exquisite offerings aboard its Cable Car Sky Dining offering, giving guests a taste of travel before international borders are finally open. It first launched "Fly Me To Italy", the first in what will be a series of “destinations” to experience with Cable Car Sky Dining. With this offering, One Faber Group will provide guests with dishes inspired by different Italian regions and their culinary traditions onboard the cable car while soaring through the lush greenery of Mount Faber and views of Sentosa and Harbourfront.

The renewal of contract with One Faber Group comes on the heels of a second win by Hashmeta this year. Earlier in July, Hashmeta was appointed by Pan-United as its official agency for social media marketing and website optimisation. Pan-United is an SGX Mainboard-listed company and Singapore’s largest supplier of ready-mixed concrete and cement, with a growing footprint in Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Through the appointment, Pan-United aims to create greater awareness about its specialised concrete and logistical capabilities that are effective, sustainable and safe.
