One Faber Group and dating service GaiGai to matchmake consumers with speed dating event

One Faber Group has partnered with dating agency, GaiGai (owned by Paktor group) to organise a “Love in the Air” event, to celebrate Singles’ Day on 10 and 11 November 2018.There will be 48 singles anticipated on each day for the speed dating event. For the two nights, the Sentosa Line's cable car cabins will be decorated with flower string lights to set a romantic ambience. Participants will have activities throughout the evening for networking. These include unlimited rides on the Sentosa Line, a three-course buffet dinner, mass singles networking session and ice breaker games along with photo booth.In addition, there will be a lucky draw contest as well as facilitation by certified dating practitioners for matching a partner. Buhdy Bok, managing director, One Faber Group said that there has been a lot of buzz about Singles' Day over the last few years.“We are delighted to collaborate with GaiGai this year to organise a cable car speed-dating mega event that will appeal to those looking for a life partner. This novel event is part of our continuous efforts to engage our local guests by offering a variety of memorable experiences on the iconic Singapore Cable Car,” he added.“Our annual Singles’ Day mega event has always been a yearly highlight to introduce new and interesting dating experiences for our members. This year, we are delighted to host our event at the Singapore Cable Car Sentosa Line, which forms the perfect backdrop for romance," Alex Tam, chief executive officer, GaiGai said.Tam added that GaiGai will continue to organise more trendy singles’ events with its network of established partners as platforms to promote quality connections and successful matches.Most recently, Paktor Group’s GaiGai partnered with Mediacorp’s Channel 5 to launch a brand new 12-episode series which was set to premiere on 27 August 2018, titled Hungry for Love. The reality dating show sees three bachelors and three bachelorettes finding their one true compatible match. Each bachelor and bachelorette starts off with three suitors and suitresses vying for their affections before finally rewarding their favourite suitor and suitress with a Dream Date.
