A month after OCBC Bank launched its OneWealth app, the bank has garnered over 10,000 app downloads.
According to Goh Theng Kiat, CMO, Global Consumer Financial Services, OCBC Bank the “Download Wealth” campaign has been very successful in getting a top 10 position on the App Store within two weeks of launch. The integrated campaign is a 360 campaign aimed at all Singaporeans, from the novice to the sophisticated investor.
The app is for the ever day man to make investments and provides our bank experts’ direct point of view on the market, along with customised content investment markets that the app user can personalise to their interest.
To promote the app the brand launched a campaign which ran for three month across TV, print, OOH and online. It worked with McCann, Isobar, Maxus for the executions.
"We leveraged both mass-reaching channels such as TV and print, and also more targeted channels such as digital networks. To build greater engagement, we’ve just launched a social campaign using content from the OCBC OneWealth app on Facebook, where the first prize is a cash reward plus an investment planning session with a member of the prestigious OCBC Wealth Panel,” Goh added.
