NP Digital Australia posts record H2 as AI-led strategy drives growth

NP Digital Australia has kicked off 2026 with its strongest performance on record, posting 22 new client wins in the second half of 2025 and delivering more than 25% revenue growth year-on-year, as demand accelerates for AI-led performance marketing.
The agency, part of Neil Patel’s global NP Digital network, said the momentum reflects a growing shift by brands toward long-term, outcome-focused digital partnerships, with more than 70% of new engagements signed as multi-year, multi-channel retainers spanning Australia, APAC and international markets.
New clients added in H2 include Soudal, Morgans Financial Advisors, Summit Sport and Beserk, across sectors such as logistics, FMCG, finance and retail.
Managing director of NP Digital Australia & New Zealand Guy Jarvie said the growth has been driven by a sharpened focus on AI-first digital strategy and performance accountability.

“A key driver of this growth has been our relentless focus on performance accountability,” Jarvie said. “We have sharpened our value proposition around AI-first digital strategy, which has resonated with brands looking to grow strategically through data-driven approaches.”
AI now sits at the centre of NP Digital’s SEO, search and performance offer, with the agency accelerating early adoption of AI-driven SEO frameworks, structured data readiness and zero-click search optimisation.
NP Digital has also embedded AI capabilities from its proprietary platforms Ubersuggest and AnswerThePublic directly into client workflows, enabling faster keyword discovery, content planning and competitive benchmarking.
“Brands are increasingly turning to us to navigate zero-click search trends and automate insight generation,” Jarvie said. “Clients are seeking partners who can respond to market disruption with faster go-to-market execution, and our ability to simplify full-funnel execution is playing directly to that need.”
Most new engagements now span AI search strategy, SEO, paid media and conversion rate optimisation, delivered through integrated programs that also incorporate content and digital analytics.
To support continued growth, NP Digital has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Max Hart as paid media director and is hiring across SEO, paid media and strategy.
The agency is also establishing a Performance Innovation team, focused on accelerating AI-led testing, automation and conversion optimisation as part of its 2026 roadmap.
Looking ahead, NP Digital is targeting further expansion across high-growth sectors including fintech, health, retail, education and B2B services, where digital transformation and performance marketing investment continues to rise.
