Nick Fawbert, head of digital enterprise at MediaCorp has left the company after six months into the role. Fawbert took on the role in August 2013 and reported to MediaCorp CEO, Shaun Seow.
Fawbert (pictured) was hired to help create and grow digital revenue streams for the company’s entire range of platforms and products. In addition, he was also in charge of building on digital initiatives started by MediaCorp in 2013 such as e-tailer, Reebonz and games publisher, Cubine.
He has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Prior to MediaCorp he was managing director of Third Space a Southeast Asia Digital and Interactive Media consultancy. He has also worked at CBS, Yahoo, Viacom, Telegraph Media and others.
MediaCorp confirmed that Fawbert’s last day with the company is 17 February 2014.
