Next-gen GMs take the wheel as Hakuhodo International Indonesia revamps leadership

Hakuhodo International Indonesia (HIID) has refreshed its leadership bench, promoting a new cohort of general managers and directors to lead its units as part of a broader strategy to unify operations, elevate internal talent, and accelerate growth across the group.

The shake-up sees Narpati Adityasa appointed general manager of Hakuhodo Jakarta, partnering with director Naoya Hosokawa. Hybrid is now under the helm of Ivan Christyanto as general manager and Yuzuru Iguchi as director - who also holds the post of country director for HIID.

Meanwhile, H:Three will be led by Eka Harithsyah as general manager later this year, joined by director Daisuke Yanaoka. Over at H Digital, Linda Mutiara steps in as general manager alongside director Kyohei Hasegawa. Fitri Rizayati takes charge of i-dac Indonesia as managing director, working in tandem with director Kyosuke Matsui.

These appointments represent a strategic shift. The newly minted GMs are promoted from within, while many of their predecessors are being elevated to group-level positions to spearhead HIID’s next chapter.

The move follows the earlier appointments of Farhana Eldini Devi Attamimi as group CEO and Yuzuru Iguchi as country director, setting the tone for what the agency group describes as “a strategic transformation aimed at aligning the organisation with evolving client needs.”

“We’re evolving with the industry - becoming more agile and adaptive to market needs and beyond, listening more closely, and approaching things with fresh eyes,” said Adityasa. “That’s exactly what our clients - and the sei-katsu-sha - expect from us now.”

For Yanaoka, the refresh is also a push to break down silos: “This new chapter marks an exciting opportunity for us to further strengthen collaboration across teams and drive greater impact for our clients. With shared values and a unified vision, we are committed to nurturing ideas that resonate deeply with people and deliver meaningful business results.”

To ensure strategic cohesion across its expanding leadership slate, HIID has also installed an executive committee. Rizayati will play a dual role, taking on corporate planning for group strategy; Hilman Eri Permadi and Rini Maulidia will handle financial governance and planning as executive director and director of finance, respectively.

Complementing the unit-level promotions, HIID is also boosting its central services. Euvine Winarni has been named executive director of business growth and partnership, Rian Prabana steps in as senior director of strategy, and Wimala Djafar takes over as director of H+, the group’s innovation and tech incubator.

In creative, Woon Siew Hoh returns as chief creative officer, while Hermawan Prasetyo leads integrated production. Mayada Patria assumes the role of director of people and corporate services, reinforcing HIID’s focus on culture and talent development.

“We’re not just reshaping structure - we’re building a more connected, responsive organisation ready for what’s next,” said CEO Attamimi. “By empowering our leaders and strengthening our core capabilities, we’re creating a foundation that supports creativity, agility, and long-term growth across the group.”

HIID oversees five main units - Hakuhodo Jakarta, Hybrid-H, H:Three, i-dac Indonesia, and Hakuhodo Digital Indonesia - and its innovation arm H+. The group continues to operate under Hakuhodo’s sei-katsu-sha insight, which places human-centred creativity at the heart of brand building.
