NEX, a Singapore mall located in the North-East side, has appointed KRDS Singapore for social and mobile duties for a period of one year following a pitch. The agency will be tasked with handling its Facebook account along with content duties effective this month.
On top of creating content, KRDS Singapore will also be involved in response management and interaction with NEX customers on Facebook in a bid to build lasting relationships with them. According to a press statement, the content will focus on bringing awareness to the activities and offerings at NEX in the form of interactive digital content. This includes videos, gif’s, livestreams and more, with the objective of driving footfall to the mall and providing a guide for users to know about ongoing activities and promotions.
The statement added that NEX wanted an agency with fresh new perspectives and strategies to continue engaging their shoppers.
