Neon Leaders adds three senior marketing experts

Senior marketer resource collective Neon Leaders has added three senior marketers in an expansion of its team of marketing leaders.

The first addition is Adrian Toy, who held marketing and digital leadership roles in APAC for companies including General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Universal McCann and Puma. He was most recently vice president, digital for Melco Resorts and Entertainment, where he drove digitisation of the consumer experience. Toy specialises in agile marketing, digital transformation, social media, e-commerce, martech and CRM.

The second newcomer is Hina Wainwright. Specialising in marketing strategies, driving excellence in lead generation, digital marketing, customer experience and marketing transformation, Wainwright possesses experience of launching and growing B2B brands globally. She was most recently global head of marketing and head of marketing for APAC at Tag.

Last but not least, Andrew Harrison joins from marketing director and CEO roles in Europe before working for Ogilvy, Superunion and TBWA across Asia, bringing a strong mix of brand and agency experience across all aspects
of brand marketing.

Harrison has his own independent consultancy practice in Asia, and joins Neon Leaders to bring a collective of talent together to work for clients who are increasingly looking for the diversity of thinking and experience that can be rapidly applied to help solve marketing challenges.

Both Wainwright and Harrison are fellows of the Marketing Society.

Speaking of these new additions, Jennifer Woollford, Neon Leaders’ founder, commented, "With this expansion we are providing greater flexible access to senior marketing leadership for companies when faced with capacity challenges or capability gaps. These exciting additions to the team enhance our ability to deliver both industry expertise and fresh thinking in a strategic, agile and output focused way."
