NCSS picks agency partners for integrated marketing and PR

The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) has appointed IPG Mediabrands Singapore to handle its integrated marketing communications campaigns, media planning and buying services. This includes the remit of being its social media agency.Three other agencies were vying for the account, including J. Walter Thompson Singapore, Mandate Communications and Paprika Global. The agency will be tasked with strategic planning, creative conceptualisation and execution as well as developing an overall media strategy for NCSS’ disability awareness and mental health campaigns. It will also review and formulate NCSS’ overall digital and social media strategy, a tender on Gebiz read.Meanwhile, NCSS has also appointed Ogilvy & Mather Singapore as its PR agency partner to take on on-site media management and social listening. This was following a tender which saw agencies such as Asia PR Werkz, Burson Cohn & Wolfe, Edelman Singapore and Affluence PR also vying for the account.In 2016, NCSS picked Wild Advertising & Marketing, along with GroupM media agency Mediacom, for a disability awareness campaign. The appointment was for a period of three years with no incumbent on the account.
